SCRIP provides professional development and counseling services for marginalized individuals. In creating a better life for them, we bring healing to the local community. We partner with higher education institutions, social service agencies, employment agencies, and community based organizations to provide comprehensive services for our participants.

Our Business

Founded by Edward L. Andrews, Second Chance Re-Entry Initiative Program, Inc.'s' aim is to help marginalized individuals navigate the challenges and constraints in society to improve their lives and become successful in their career endeavors.

Our Initiatives

SCRIP's initiatives includes, the ASCEND Professional Development Training program, Urban Male/Female Initiative support group, and mentoring program, the CARE transitional housing facility, and Youth RISE - intervention and academic enrichment program.
