Career Opportunity Pathway to Employment

COPE

COPE serves men and women who are ready to enter or reenter the workforce without participating in the full ASCEND program. It also welcomes referrals from outside organizations and community partners, providing employment preparation, job-development assistance, employer connections, workforce guidance, and ongoing support toward financial independence.

For some people, employment is the first door they are ready to walk through—and SCRIP meets them there. SCRIP’s experience also shows that participants who complete the more comprehensive ASCEND process demonstrate greater stability and stronger employment retention.
